Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via reputable third-party carriers.

Shipping speed selected at checkout refers to carrier transit time only and does not include order processing time.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier:

  • BioPep is not responsible for transit delays
  • BioPep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • BioPep is not responsible for carrier delivery errors

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

BioPep is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages returned due to address errors
  • Delays caused by customer information mistakes

Reshipping may require additional fees.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure package retrieval.

Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • BioPep considers the order fulfilled
  • Claims must be filed directly with the carrier

We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

BioPep reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders to restricted regions
  • Refuse shipment to high-risk addresses
  • Limit quantities at our discretion

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions
  • BioPep is not responsible for customs delays or seizure
  • No refunds will be issued for customs-related issues

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph packaging before opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours

Failure to report within 48 hours may void replacement eligibility.

By placing an order through BioPep, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

All shipments are made for laboratory research materials only and are handled in accordance with standard commercial shipping practices.
