General Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold by BioPep, all sales are final.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical use only. Because these materials are sensitive research compounds, we cannot accept returns once products have been shipped.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Verify compound selection
  • Confirm strength (MG)
  • Confirm shipping address
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A missing item
  • An incorrect product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of packaging and product
  • Description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Store credit

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Shipping Issues

BioPep is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost packages due to incorrect address entry
  • Customs delays or seizure
  • Packages marked delivered by carrier

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel suspicious or high-risk transactions

If an order is canceled by BioPep before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Legal recovery efforts where applicable
