Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BioPep shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

The purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product;
Misuse or unlawful application of research materials;
Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations;
Improper laboratory practices or unsafe handling procedures.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and lawful use.

In no event shall BioPep’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

BioPep makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

By purchasing from BioPep the purchaser agrees that any claim arising from use of products shall be resolved exclusively through individual legal action and not as part of any class action proceeding.

By purchasing from BioPep the purchaser agrees that they acknowledge and accept these limitations.
